Fat or Normal?

What is our defination of fat? Of normal body size? Can we really expect everyone to conform to one body size while still being "unique"?

No, uniquness is partly how we look, sure it's about a lot more than that, but that is one thing that is uniquely us. Some people say Kelly Clarkson is fat in her video Mr. Know it All, I think she's a normal HEALTHY weight. Sure some people are naturally skinny, I know that, I'm one of those people. But some people aren't and just because they are more sturdy than myself doesn't mean they're fat. I have a friend who's 12 and size wise is bigger than me in almost everyway expect height. Does that mean she's fat? No, that means that she has a different body size. I am sick and tired of people picking on others for their body size. I have seen the extent that people who are critized about that can go to. I know some one dear to me who has a eating disorder it has messed up her whole family and herself. Do you know what it's like to see someone you love hurting themselves in that way? When they've gone so far that they look like a walking skeleton? If you don't know and you are one of those people who critizes others about size please think about this. That person has a family, people who love them, and if you critize them like that they could wind up like my friend, looking like any day now they could loss those few pounds that are keeping them alive. You have the power to build up someone's self esteem or to destroy the last straw of self esteem they were clinging to. Now I'm not saying it's easy to look at others and not critize them but it is something we should all strive to do more often. Everyone has a story and until we know it we can't judge them correctly.

This blog was just a random rant mostly but I hope someone will look at it and comment.
