About me, well, i have 1 sister and 2 parents. My dad's side of the family is from New Zealand and live there, i was born there. Then we moved to Australia where my Mum's side of the family live. She has a big family, so when we get together its really fun and there are heaps of people, family, that you can be around. I love the big family. I really want to come and see America, also i want to see Barlow girl Live!

Real fan of Barlow Girl, i would love to be like them, to be able to influence so many people with my music like they can. They have an amazing opportunity and i cant wait until my chance comes.

Being a musician is awesome, music is my life! It's who i am, there is nothing in the world that i enjoy and love more than to sit down and compose a song, to listen to music, its the time that i get the closest to God.

I'm a 16 year old type 1 diabetic. I don't feel blood sugar highs and lows anymore, so I have a service dog named Shyla who tells me when I need to check my sugar. I tried taking her to school with me, but the kids harassed (sometimes even hit) us both everyday. The principal and vice principal wouldn't do anything about it, so now I have no choice but to switch schools. I get to go to my new school in January.

Aside from all that junk, I love horseback riding and playing volleyball. I have a 30 something year old quarter horse. I cant ride her anymore, so I ride my neighbors horses. I have absolutely no fear when it comes to horses. Amazingly, I've been bucked off, stepped on, bitten, and stepped on by a bucking horse, and I still have no fear.

I also have 3 dogs (including the service dog) and a rat. Yes, I said it, a rat. She's 2 years old and adorable. Her name's Cinnamon. The dogs are Ratchet and Clank. Like the video game. You can blame my older brother for that.

Red Lobster

For my brothers birthday, we went out to eat at Red Lobster. There I met another diabetic, who asked all sorts of questions about my diabetic alert dog, Shyla. While we were still waiting for a table, Shyla alerted and when I checked my blood sugar, it was 51! I told my mom and she told one of the employees. The girl kindly brought me a kids cup of orange juice and a cheddar cheese biscuit. None of the employees seemed to mind Shyla being there either. And they certainly didn't have to give me anything when my blood sugar was low. That was just a random (not to mention life saving) act of kindness.
Usually businesses don't like Shyla accompanying me since I'm clearly not blind. It was nice to have such friendly service!

Service Dog VS. High School

I'm a type 1 diabetic. I have a service dog that tells me when my blood sugar is off since I cant feel it anymore. Her name is Shyla. She's a 2 year old German Shepherd/Collie mix.

Shyla has put up with harassment every day since school started. That's 4 months. Kids have barked at her, growled at her, jumped at her trying to get her to bark, pushed her, shoved her into the wall, and even went as far as to hit her and call it an accident. These people irritate me to no end. You can't hit a dog (even if it is a service dog) everyday and expect it to never defend itself. Honestly, it's pretty ludicrous to be provoking a DOG to begin with. They have teeth and claws. They could seriously hurt you.
